I have a story... my shar-pei Mia was terrified of storms. One evening we went to a little party at a friends... the evening was clear... we put Mia outside in the dog yard. A couple of hours later it started storming with LOUD thunder... we beat a fast track home to see Mia inside... she had literally dug her way into the house thru our back wall!
